  • Vendor Communication: Confirming logistics with all vendors.

  • Timeline Creation & Management: Detailed event schedule for the day.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: Managing ceremony run-through (if needed).

  • Event Setup Supervision: Ensuring decorations, seating, and vendor arrivals are correct.

  • Day-of Point Person: Handling last-minute changes, emergencies, and troubleshooting.

  • Guest & Vendor Coordination: Assisting guests, directing vendors, and managing the flow.

  • Event Breakdown (Optional): Assisting with post-event cleanup and breakdown.
