Yes! We offer a selection of locations throughout the West and East Orlando area. Eagle Nest specifically offers picnic tables and pavilions, while Lake Eola has several areas available for private events.On the East Orlando side, Center Lake Park, Round Lake Park, Long Lake Park, and Econ River Wilderness Area offer different outdoor settings around Oviedo. Black Hammock Ranch is another option if you want a more private, rustic event setting.Please note: Outdoor locations may require a reservation or permit depending on the type and size of your event. Yes. Fresh florals are available as an optional add-on for an additional fee.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and special occasions. Your date is not secured until the required deposit is received.

Start by submitting an inquiry with your event details. Once we review your request, we'll provide the next steps to secure your date with Decors & Events By Rosie.

We understand that unexpected delays happen, so we allow a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled start time. After 15 minutes, your picnic setup may be packed down and your reservation will end.Because our team may have another event or picnic scheduled immediately afterward, we must stay on schedule to ensure we can provide every client with the same level of service. Late arrivals will not extend the reserved time or receive additional setup time.We encourage you to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full two-hour picnic experience.

Your picnic experience is reserved for two hours. If you would like to extend your experience, additional hours are available for $50 per hour and must be arranged in advance of your scheduled picnic date. If you need to end your picnic early, please let your picnic concierge know.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, so you may reschedule your picnic reservation if you provide at least 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled date.Rescheduled picnics must take place within 3 months of the original reservation date and are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

We do not offer refunds. However, if your plans change, we can reschedule your reservation when we receive at least 72 hours’ notice before your original event date. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.If you need assistance during your picnic, simply call or text your Picnic Concierge using the number provided with your reservation. Our team will be available to assist you and, when needed, can be onsite within minutes.Please note that weather conditions, public crowds, parking availability, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect your experience. We will always do our best to provide a beautiful and enjoyable experience within the circumstances.

Unfortunately, Decors & Events By Rosie does not sell, provide, or supply alcoholic beverages due to applicable licensing and venue restrictions.Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all applicable alcohol policies and laws for their chosen venue or public location. If alcohol is permitted, clients may bring their own at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring responsible consumption and compliance with all location rules and regulations.
