  • Delivery Policy

    You will receive an invoice along with the Rental Agreement via email. Your agreement to the terms outlined in the Rental agreement is confirmed upon payment of the invoice. To complete the process, please ensure you have received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.

     

    1. **Delivery Distance:** Any deliveries beyond a 30-mile radius will result in an additional fee.

     

    2. **Cancellation and Credit:** In case an event is canceled, the credit can be used within a period of 6 months. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

     

    3. **Rental Modifications:** Any issues or modifications must be discussed with our staff via email or over the phone before arrive to event the premises. All changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute and day-of changes will incur a $350 rush fee for modifications related to locations, floor plans, and guest count.

     

    5. **Confidentiality:** We do not engage in event detail discussions with third parties.

     

    6. **Staff Attire:** Our Decors & Events By Rosie staff is easily identifiable, dressed in all black, including black shirts, black pants, and black shoes.

  • Return Policy

    **Returns**

    Item must be retuned the same day or next day. Items not returned by the next day is subject to a $50 return fee. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

     

    **Cancellations:**

    You can request a cancellation at any time before your item has been shipped.

     

    **Payments:**

    We offer secure payment options and accept all major forms of payment. NO CODs or personal checks. Business checks accepted.
